Travel/Visa Arrangements For Delegates/Members/Guests
WMC Delegates and members from U.S.A, Australia and who hold the European Union passports do not need any visa to travel to Germany. If there is anyone who is not a European citizen living/working in Europe and is planning to join us, please let us know in advance to enable us to guide you.
WMC Delegates/Members/Guests in Middle East, Africa and Asia
The members from these regions are requested to register before 28.02.2012. It will be easier for us to send you the sponsor letter if you register early.
WMC Delegates/Members/Guests can reach Germany in three ways.
1) Through Frankfurt Airport.
After you reach the Airport, please take the Inter City Express Train (ICE) to Köln (Koeln) and you will reach here within 45 minutes. After you reach Koeln Central Railway Station, please inform us we will come and pick you from there.
2) Through Köln/Bonn Airport.
After you reach the Köln/Bonn Airport, please inform us we will come and pick you from there.
3) Through Dusseldorf Airport.
After you reach the Dusseldorf Airport, please inform us we will come and pick you from there
We plan to file all the VISA applications through German Province. Mr. Somarajan Pillai, Mr. Mathew Jacob and Mr. Jolly M Padayattil are taking care of Visa applications. Their contact details are given below,
