World Malayalee Council 8th Global Conference

World Malayalee Council (WMC) was formed on July 3, 1995 as an organization to network Malayalees, create a global community able to communicate and cooperate each other and continue the connection through generations so that the Malayalee identity will live forever around the world. WMC functions under a set of bylaws, which calls for a three tire structure, a global council, six regional councils in America, Africa, Europe, Middle East, India and Far East & Australia and provincial councils (local chapters) in various countries.

WMC is a global organization of people of Kerala origin and is a nonpartisan, non-sectarian global organization engaged in promoting the welfare of Nonresident Malayalees who lives in all parts of the world thus by enhancing cooperation and communication through networking and develop more contacts globally with others in the same profession or other entrepreneurs, which will help to expand their horizon.

The 8th Biennial World Malayalee Council (WMC) Global Conference 2012 will be hosted by the German Province and as per our scheduled plan elaborate preparations to host the Eighth Global Conference already started and the Official Programmes will start from Thursday 03.05.2012 from 16:00 Hrs onwards. WMC Global Conference is the venue for the Malayalies from all over the world to gather at one house and evaluate the Pravasi problems and activities and then unfold the Pravasi welfare plans for future. We have arranged the accommodation for 600 people in Kardinal Schulte Haus in the heart of Köln – Bonn for the members including all world province members and foreign delegates.

A detailed conference bulletin has been already published which includes the registration formalities, venue address and dates, program details, travel arrangements, European tour programs, 2012 German province officials names and other vital information’s. All the WMC members and delegates will receive the same in coming days.

The German Province in partnership with the other European provinces are taking all the vital steps to ensure that a significant and prosperous event that will be an indelible mark in our memories for years to come.
